1.Real Property
Real property is property that cannot be moved. Real property usually consists of land, items attached to the land, and items that are associated with the land. Real property can be converted into personal property by severance (e.g., converting a tree into lumber), while personal property can be converted into real property by annexation (e.g., incorporation of windows into a house).
